Please allow 1 business day of processing time for orders placed Monday through Friday. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.

Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee.

For security purposes, all orders will require a signature upon receipt.

The cost of returning any item to Bailey’s will be incurred by the patron except in the event that the wrong item was shipped or the merchandise is received in a damaged or defective state.

For additional information on returns please refer to our Return Policy.

Insurance

Insurance to cover damaged or lost merchandise during shipment is factored into our shipping rates. If merchandise is defective or damaged during shipment upon receipt, the patron should immediately file a claim with the carrier in accordance with the carrier’s then current procedures and policies.

For returns, Bailey’s will only cover the cost of the return shipping and insurance on items that were damaged or defective prior to the original shipping. For additional information about returns, please refer to our Return Policy.
