Here at Bailey’s, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, most purchases may be returned within 3o days for exchange, store credit, or refund. But, before you decide to initiate a return, why not give us a call at 1-855-485-6206 so that we can make sure, no matter how you choose to proceed, that you are 100% satisfied.
*Items that may not be returned include but are not limited to custom design, engraved items, special orders, trunk show merchandise, watches, items that have been altered, and high-dollar merchandise.
All returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition in which it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective.
Shipping is non-refundable. A refund on shipping will only be applied if there was a discrepancy or error during the checkout process through Baileybox.com.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE PROCEDURE:
Please email email@example.com to get a return authorization number and shipping label.
Upon receipt, merchandise will be sent to our quality control department. Any items that show signs of wear, have been engraved, sized, altered, damaged, or disclosed as ‘non-refundable’ cannot be accepted. Returns that do contain their receipt or are improperly packaged will also not be accepted.
Returns will be credited in the same way in which they were paid.
