Every year in February the five Bailey’s Fine Jewelry stores come together as family for a night of fun and celebration to remember the previous year. This year we held our Annual Employee Awards Banquet at the Cardinal Club in downtown Raleigh. The night is always a great time to catch up with family and friends and this year was no exception!
We started the evening with “Bailey’s Trivia BINGO.” The BINGO cards included questions like “Where was the first Bailey’s Location?”, “Which family member has a room in the Cameron Village store named after him?”, and of course, “What is Clyde’s favorite song?” (Mustang Sally for those of you who don’t know him)!
After BINGO, the awards ceremony began. The first set of awards is always the Core Value recipients. Each store votes on an employee who they think best represents the core values of Bailey’s Fine Jewelry—sincerity, gratitude, and integrity. This is one of the most exciting of the night because our peers are the ones voting! We then enjoyed a fantastic dinner before finishing up the rest of the awards for the night. These included top sales, “Hugger of the Year” and milestone awards.
We’re looking forward to making 2012 a great year and look forward to celebrating its accomplishments next year!
