Objective: To help the Marketing Team provide the stores with the best customer service in the country so that they can, in turn, provide that to our patrons.

Job Responsibilities:

· To support the Marketing Manager and Digital Creative Manager in all marketing efforts

· Run social media under the marketing team’s guidance: including scheduling, copywriting, behind-the-scenes photos, creating art in Canva, and responding to non-sales inquiries.

· Assist Digital Creative Manager in set up when necessary for photography and videography sessions

· Assist Marketing Manager with event prep, set-up and execution of in-store and offsite events

· Write bi-monthly blogs

· Compile and file co-op submissions for all Brands seasonally/annually as required by the brand

· Update Marketing plans by brand as changes are made by Marketing Manager

· Run errands for the marketing team (ie pick up wine/champagne, go to staples, etc)

· Take notes on all marketing meetings and assign follow up

· Manage all donations requests and taking the donations out of the system

· Assist with set-up and lunches for in office meeting such as Manager’s meeting, conclaves, trainings, etc

· ROI Reporting/Tracking of all Retail Sales and Expenses for events

· Pull all mailing lists for event mailings/calling service


· BA in Marketing or Communications preferred but not absolutely necessary

· Can do attitude and servants heart

· Organized and efficient

· Ability to be flexible and multi-task a must

· M-F full-time availability (some nights and weekends for events as needed)

· Proficient in excel, power-point and office (Mac skills a plus)

· Expert with social media platforms

· Detail-oriented and able to proof-read/copywrite

· Tech-savvy
