Conflict-Free Diamonds

Responsible & Conflict-Free Diamonds

Bailey’s diamonds are conflict-free and always will be. We are dedicated to providing responsibly sourced diamonds and dedicated to supporting the communities where diamonds are found.

Conflict diamonds are rough diamonds used by rebel movements to finance wars against legitimate governments. You can be confident that your diamond from Bailey’s is conflict-free as all of our suppliers are members of the Kimberley Process, an organization works to reduce the flow of conflict diamonds. Additionally, all of our suppliers are required to sign a contract stating that they are not dealing with diamonds that might be from areas of conflict.

American Gem Society

Bailey’s Fine Jewelry is a member of the elite American Gem Society (AGS), which is dedicated to consumer protection and gemological expertise. Since 1934, the mission of the AGS has been to protect the consumer. AGS promotes the highest professional standards of ethics, education, and service in the jewelry industry. In fact, only five percent of jewelers, designers, appraisers, and suppliers nationwide have met the exacting standards for membership in the AGS; and all titleholders must be recertified annually.
