“The Ladies’ Tack Shop” is Open!

Jewelry and fishing isn’t a combination that you hear about often, but it has become a favorite of North Carolinians over the years. Bailey’s Fine Jewelry will once again set up shop for a 12th year at the Pirate’s Cove Billfish Tournament in August on the North Carolina coast.

The Bailey family has always had a love of North Carolina beaches and fishing. When Clyde and Jane Bailey first got involved with the tournament in 1999, it was simply a way to bring together two of the family’s passions: fishing and jewelry. Now the entire Bailey family heads to the Outer Banks to enjoy this tournament and eager tournament-goers look forward to shopping for gorgeous jewelry from Bailey’s.

The Bailey’s booth has become known as “The Ladies’ Tackle Shop” and has become a social gathering spot for friends and family to catch up and shop. Many faces appear at the Bailey’s booth year after year and these repeat customers have officially been dubbed part of the Bailey’s Diamond Girl Fishing Team. It is a great community atmosphere and an event the Bailey family looks forward to each year.

In addition to the Pirate’s Cove Billfish Tournament, Bailey’s Fine Jewelry will also make trips to Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament and Hatteras Marlin Club Tournament in June. If you get a chance to attend any of these, be sure to come say “hi!” and become an official member of the Diamond Girl Fishing Team.

See you on the Carolina Coast!
