Bailey’s Fine Jewelry Announces 2008 Employee Award Winners: Raleigh Store
RALEIGH, N.C. (June 18, 2009) – Bailey’s Fine Jewelry is pleased to announce the 2008 Employee Award recipients for their Raleigh store in Cameron Village. Seven employees were recognized from the Raleigh store at the annual awards banquet which was held at the Benvenue Country Club in Rocky Mount.
Claire Bellefeuille received the Bailey’s Service Award, which recognizes the most valuable person in the company. This award is based on the behind-the-scenes work as well as overall value of the employee. This award is only given to one individual company-wide.
Bellefeuille also received the Core Values award for the Raleigh store. The Core Values award winner is voted on by fellow associates and is given to an individual who exemplifies the core values of Bailey’s Fine Jewelry, which include honesty, integrity, professionalism, sincerity and graciousness.
Margarita Allen received the Top Salesperson of the Year award, which is given to an individual who not only had top sales performance in 2008 but also went above and beyond for patrons and fellow associates in addition to always being a team player.
Steve Ninich received the Grace Under Fire award. Grace Under Fire is a special award that is not given annually. It recognizes an individual who excels under pressure and puts forth extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kitty Havrish was recognized as the Hugger of the Year for the Raleigh store. The Hugger of the Year recipient is awarded to the person who best exemplifies the ideals and traits learned in Bailey’s employee training program.
Josh Bernstein won the Award of Excellence. The Award of Excellence is awarded to the employee who exhibits outstanding growth and is an extremely valuable asset to the company. This award is only given to one employee company-wide.
Amy Burdick was selected among all the new employees as the Rookie of the Year for her outstanding work as the manager of the Bailey’s Giftware department.
Gabby Santoni was awarded the Extra Effort award. Santoni is the only person in the company who is a part-time college student. Her commitment to excellence and firm understanding of the business made her an easy choice for this award.
