RALEIGH, NC (June 30, 2010) – Bailey’s Fine Jewelry will be opening a new store location at Crabtree Valley Mall this summer, in addition to the location at Cameron Village.

The new store will feature many of the same jewelry offerings and in-house personalized services as the existing Bailey’s Fine Jewelry stores in Raleigh, Rocky Mount and Greenville, as well as the new Fayetteville store slated to open at Cross Creek Mall in late July. The store will be located directly across from the PANDORATM store on the second level of the mall.

Founded in 1948, Bailey’s is a locally owned-and-operated business, with six members of the Bailey family actively involved with patrons and staff on a daily basis.

The new Bailey’s Fine Jewelry store will be the second store the Bailey family has opened at Crabtree Valley Mall in the past year; they opened the PANDORA store in October of 2009. PANDORA, an international jewelry company known for its popular charm bracelets, is one of the most popular and requested jewelry brands on the market today. The Crabtree PANDORA store was the first of its kind to open in the Triangle area.

Bailey’s Fine Jewelry is a world-respected jeweler with more than 60 years of experience in the industry. Like the existing store locations, the newest store will offer in-house services including custom design, gold, silver and platinum buying, watch and jewelry repair, and appraisals. Additionally, the new store will operate the Bailey family philanthropy program, A Time to Give. A Time to Give is a unique watch battery replacement program designed to fulfill the needs of customers in a way that also serves the community. Bailey’s Fine Jewelry absorbs the cost of new watch batteries for patrons in need, and asks instead for a charity donation. Each Bailey’s Fine Jewelry store selects a local charity to which all proceeds are directed on a month-by-month basis. To date, the Bailey’s Fine Jewelry stores have given more than $75,000 back to the community exclusively through this program.
