A Time to Give

A Time to Give is one of the numerous ways Bailey’s Fine Jewelry gives back to the community. The Bailey family came up with this innovative program as a way to provide watch battery replacements for their patrons and support the community at the same time.

Patrons can visit any of the Bailey’s Fine Jewelry store locations (Raleigh, Rocky Mount, Greenville and Fayetteville) and receive a free replacement watch battery. Bailey’s Fine Jewelry absorbs the cost of almost all replacement batteries, which typically range anywhere from $10 to $15 per watch, and asks instead for a charitable donation. Each store selects a non-profit organization to which 100 percent of the donations are directed on a month-by-month basis. Over the years Bailey’s Fine Jewelry has observed patrons donating anywhere from $1 to $200 to the A Time to Give program in exchange for their new watch battery.

To date, this program has provided more than $75,000 to the communities that Bailey’s Fine Jewelry serves. Community organizations that have been supported by this program include, but are not limited to the following:
